Can you believe it’s time to start talking about Christmas?
Christmas is the most wonderful and magic holiday. It is time to get together with the family and friends.
In our country we usually celebrate Christmas on 7-th of January, first we celebrate New Year. And it`ll be the first Christmas and New Year in our new appartment. 

Unfortunately, I haven`t begun decorating my flat yet. Now I`m looking for the Christmas inspiration.

Feeling crafty

Hello! How are you?

   I’m having a new favorite hobby  - sewing. Wow! That begins two months ago when one of my dreams came true – my husband presented me a wonderful sewing machine.

Now I can’t stop :).

First, I decided to make a tablecloth. Because I had a piece of beautiful fabric and linen laces. Here it is.

I`m delighted by the different natural fabrics, such as linen, silk, wool. I also like laces, tapes, stripes and buttons. Vintage pillows were my next experiment. 

 Yesterday I’ve already finished a set of  linen table napkins. I heart linen. Why? I really don’t know. It is simple, but aristocratic at the same time. It brings softness and coziness.

And small linen birds – decorations for my living room.

Bright Autumn

Happy autumn days! There is something about the season that brings remarkable comfort from the colors, shadows and light, food and holidays.

Autumn, for me, means love and happiness, warm clothes and tasty food, cosy time at home with family. I love the mood and generally coziness of autumn. I’m delighted by the variety of colors and feelings…

 I love the contrast of fall colors - bright yellow, orange,  deep red, bright and dark green, fabulous brown and gold.

And, of course, autumn is full of fruits and vegetables. Let`s enjoy this beautiful season...

A lot of my inspiration comes when I`m walking. Be it through the city, the park, the beach or wood - everywhere. This weekend we`re walking with my family around the city. The weather was perfect and I was glad that I`d taken my camera with me.
We were collecting memories! And it was really wonderful.

Small hobby :)

Hello! Happy Saturday!
Today I want to tell you about my small hobby – cardmaking and scrapbooking . I like to create handmade postcards for my friends and relatives. It  is a very interesting and exciting process. Craft paper, tags, buttons, ribbon, pictures – all you can use for making sweet cards.

Here`s what I`ve been desining and scrapping this week.

It`s a CD sleeve - present for my husband.

I was thinking to myself, why do I like card making? I wasn`t quite sure until I thought to myself, well, who doesn`t like a home made card? I love it because it touches other people. It is meaningful and personal to make and send a unique card. 

This is a card for our friend``s birthday. 

Cardmaking is fun. I enjoy the process.

One of my favorite sources for color inspiration is "Design Seeds", founded by color consultant Jessica Colaluca. I found "Design Seeds" a couple months ago and I understood that color sets the mood.
