Lovely DIY pictures

Hello! Today is a beautiful still summer day.
So I decided to make something interesting. Here is a result of my today’s inspiration – pretty pictures for decorating an apartment.

They are quite small and look nice, you could put them on the shelf or hang on the wall.

It`s a bit pity that summer has come to an end, but we enter into a new lovely season. I hope you had a wonderful summer and have even more wonderful fall :)

Family shop

Today, while walking the city, I found a small shop with a cozy Provence atmosphere, called “Comptoir de Famille” (fr. Family shop). They offer wonderful tableware, linens, handmade soap and home perfumes, country furniture.  I was inspired by all these beautiful things. So I want to share my inspiration with you.

The company was founded in 1980 in small French town La Tour-du-Pin, where each customer is known by name. All products dip you into the atmosphere of old French countryside, smells of jam and chocolate, the magical world of attics and antique trifles.

Growing herbs

I love different herbs, so I decided to grow them inside the home. I bought a few simple flower pots, decorated them with my favorite decoupage and planted seeds (lavender, basil, rosemary and spearmint). All plants prefer full sun and well drained, fertile soil. I usually water the herbs when the top of the soil begins to feel dry to the touch.

Grow and enjoy a small garden on your windowsill!
